I had heard a lot of good things about Dr. Jennings weight loss program. A woman I have known for several years lost 30 pounds when she did the program and has kept it off for over a year and a half. So I decided to try it. I was really optimistic because I had tried everything to lose weight and nothing worked. After starting the program I found that it was really easy and the pounds just came off so quickly. I lost 32 pounds in about 9 weeks and have kept the weight off for almost a year so far. I don’t believe I will gain the weight back because I have learned more about how my body works and how to think and act like a “naturally thin person”. If you want to lose weight and keep it off then I recommend this program. It really works great. Just do everything Dr. Jennings says to do
