What is Body Mass Index?

Body Mass Index (BMI)

What is BMI?: BMI is a useful measure of overweight and obesity. It is calculated from your height and weight. BMI is an estimate of body fat and a good gauge of your risk for diseases that can occur with more body fat. The higher your BMI, the higher your risk for certain diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, gallstones, breathing problems, and certain cancers.
BMI Limitations: Although BMI can be used for most men and women, it does have some limits:
– It may overestimate body fat in athletes.
– It may overestimate body fat in muscular bodys.
– It may underestimate body fat in older people.
– It may underestimate fat in people with less muscle.
BMI Categories: Underweight  < 18.5
Normal    18.5–24.9
Overweight   25.0–29.9
Obesity    30.0 & above

Are There Calorie Restrictions Like A 500 Calorie A Day Diet Has?

Absolutely NOT! You NEVER limit your calories. There are easy to follow steps to this program that make it so effective. There is more to losing fat than limiting calories. Combining the right foods together as well as avoiding processed foods and inflammatory foods is important when it comes to not only losing the fat, but keeping it off.

Can I lose fat without changing my diet?

Yes! During the FDA studies it was proven that without any changes to life style (diet, exercise, etc.) the paticipants lost significant amounts of fat. This was all done without any medications, surgeries, harnful procedures or changes in diet and exercise. However, we want you to get the maximum results so we make easy to follow recommendations so you archieve your weight loss goals. We explain the process and how this is possible in our workshop.

Our program uses an integrative approach. This means we use several easy steps that work individually to decrease fat. When these components are used together the results are exponentual. In one study one of the components of our program was found to decrease leptin, the “hunger hormone”, by 50% in every person in the study. We have been told by our patients that not only are they not hungry but cravings also go away. Without hunger and cravings it’s a lot easier to make better choices.

We recommend easy to follow steps that help you to lose incredible amounts of fat quickly and easily.

What kind of results can I expect?

The amount of fat you have to lose determines how much you can lose. The results you see on this website are very achievable through this very easy to follow and simple system. Individual results do vary. However, when following our program the results you see here are typical.

How much does it cost?

The most important consideration is whether you get the results you want. Even if you get a “deal” on a weight loss program it’s not a “deal” if it doesn’t work and wastes your time. Our programs work the best.
