I learned a lot about things no one else talks about. Like how exercising the wrong way can keep you from losing weight. I also learned that 2/3 of the people who diet gain the weight back plus more weight. This is what was happening to me. Every time I would diet a gained the weight back and then some more. I decided that I would give the program a try. I started Dr. Jennings’ fat loss program and saw results right away. I quickly found out that I wasn’t hungry and that the foods I ate were helping me to become stronger as well as helped me to lose weight without much effort. I lost 34 pounds in 2 months. My clothes fit different so I am now wearing the clothes I used to wear years ago.
